Return Shipping Costs
Only the cost of return shipping from your address to our warehouse is for your own account. These costs are approximately €7.25 per package within the Netherlands. Please consult your carrier’s website (e.g. PostNL or DHL) for exact international rates.
Original Condition & Depreciation
If the product or packaging is damaged beyond what is necessary to try out the product, we may pass this reduction in value on to you. Please handle the item with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning.
