2. Applicability & Pricing
These terms and conditions apply to every offer from KeycapStore and every distance contract concluded between the merchant and consumer.
- All prices displayed on the website are in Euros (€). KeycapStore operates under the Dutch Small Business Scheme (KOR) and is exempt from VAT under Article 25 of the Dutch Turnover Tax Act. Consequently, no VAT is charged or itemized.
- Obvious errors or typographical mistakes in product listings do not bind the merchant.
- Artisan keycaps are handmade crafted items; subtle individual nuances may exist between units.
3. Delivery & Transit Times
Orders are prepared, inspected, and handed over to PostNL within up to two business days.
- Estimated delivery time in the Netherlands: 2 – 3 business days (including handling).
- Estimated delivery time in Belgium and Germany: 3 – 4 business days.
- Risk of transit loss or damage rests with KeycapStore until physical delivery to the customer.
4. Right of Withdrawal (30-Day Return Policy)
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 calendar days of receiving your package without stating reasons.
- Upon cancellation, the full order amount including standard outbound shipping costs will be refunded.
- Return postage costs from your address back to our warehouse are at your own expense.
- Products must be returned in their original state and packaging where reasonably possible.
5. Warranty & Complaints
All items delivered by KeycapStore carry a 2-year European legal warranty. If you experience an issue or have a complaint, please contact info@keycapstore.nl. We will reply and resolve your concern within 24 hours.
